National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS)

A-TEK provides high quality IT Desktop support to the NIAMS scientific, program management, and administrative community under the Scientific Information Technology Branch (SITB), providing a technologically advanced IT environment for the scientists and administrators of NIAMS to support their current work and facilitates moving NIAMS research and training efforts to the next generation.

Department of Justice

A-TEK is responsible for operating the Department of Justice Library Staff's servers and for maintaining software Library-wide for both servers and clients, to include responsibility for processing publication orders using Voyager and Datalib for any DOJ Office, Board, Division or Bureau that chooses to use this service, and for all DOJ libraries.

Department of Homeland Security

The A-TEK Team is developing and implementing Department of Homeland Security integration processes between Federal, State, and Local authorities to coordinate sharing of information pertinent to the public safety.

Commander Navy Installations

A-TEK currently provides Help Desk support and oversight for the Commander Navy Installations. In addition to providing technical support (Level 1 to Level 3) the A-TEK Help Desk coordinates activities with the Navy Marine Corps Internet and was responsible for the creation of the CNI Help Desk.
